Оставяме на топлички да се "захване". След като това стане омесваме меко тесто, което завиване с мека, памучна кърпа и оставяме да се надигане 😉.През това време задушаваме ситно нарязаните гъби и праз е загрято олио. Оставяме да изстине. </p><p>Втасалото тесто разделяме тестото на 2. Едната част разстила ме половината тесто в тавичката, а върху него разпределяне плънката(изстинала) отгоре покрива е с останалото тесто. Оформяме подпъхвайки горното тесто под долната кора. Към сместа включваме олиото и малко по малко от количеството брашно.</p><p>Печем до готовност в топла фурна на 170С.</p><div style="text-align: left;">Когато блатът е готов и изстинал, вземате ринг за торта и го поставяне в поднос, подготвен за сладкиша.В него натрошаваме 2/3 от блата. Размазвсме цеденото мляко, а отгоре разпределя е и кондензираното разкошество. В малко подсолена вода сваряваме боба, като след първото завиране, сменяме водата... Във втората вода да не забравим да сложим отново сол. Тогава добавям и 1 шепичка сушен джоджен. Количеството вода преценяме така, че когато бобът е напълно сварен да ни е една идея по-гъст от желанието....<br />
В тиган загрява е мазнината и пускаме ситно нарязаните лук, краставичките и морков+2 черпака от водата на боба.... Когато водата се редуцира, зеленчукът е омекнал. Сипваме в тенджерката, добавяме и прясното мляко. Подправяме с останалия джоджен и оставяме да поври още 5-10 мин.<br />
Аз го поднесох с лют пипер и оцет(лимон).<br />

Месото сваряваме в подсолена вода.<br />
В олиото задушаваме ситно нарязани кромид лук и добавяме ориза. Когато той се избистри заливаме с първата 1:3 от бульона.Добавяме подправките и месото, което според желанието ни може да е накъсано, а може и да е на порции... Добавяме 2/3 от бульонаа, а когато и той се абсорбира сипваме и последната част от прекрасния бульон... Когато почти няма течност дърпаме ястието от котлона, покриваме съда с кърпа и капак и оставяме да се дозготви 😊<br />

Хубаво разбърква е млякото, сондата и останалите подправки. Добавяме двете яйца и продължаваме да бъркам. Сипва е и олиото, заедно с наситените луканка та, краставичките и праза. Объркваме с дървена лъжица и печем в затоплена фурна на 180С.<br />

Разбива е до побеляване двете яйца и захарта. Добавяме сондата за хляб. На тънка струйка добавяме разстопения шоколад заедно с маслото. Разбиването става посредством миксер. Прибавя е какаото и брашното.<br />
Започваме да приготвяме бялата смес.... С пастор разбива е изброените продукти до гладкост.<br />
В удобна правоъгълна или йварратна тавичка разпределя е шахматнотно двете смеси. Разпределя е плодовете от сладкото по усет....<br />
Печем в предварително затоплена фурна на 170С.<br />

Продукти:500гр.пилешки гърди,1 гл.около 400 гр. броколи, 2 морков, 2 скил.чесън,стрък праз, 300 мл.течна сметана, 3 триъгълничета топено сирене, стрък розмарин, сол, черен пипер, пармезан, зехтин<br />
Задушаваме морковите и гърдите от пиле в малкото зехтин и вода. Посоляват се със сол и черен пипер. Пускаме в съда стрък розмарин. Оставяме да се позапържат като извори водата като пускаш 2 смачкани скилидки чесън. Пускаме смело ризичките от броколи и едро нарязан праз. Посоляваме още малко. Сипваме 400 мл.течна сметана и около 300мл.вода.пъхваме и 3 триъгълни чета топено сирене. Оставяме да си къкри. Когато сосът се сгъсти пускаме няколко половинки на чери домат чета. Поръсваме с настърган пармезан и поднасяме 😘<br />

продукти:1,500 кг.картофи;2 моркова;4 яйца;сол;1 с.л.черен пипер на зърна(счукан);1 гл.кромид лук;сол;кервиз;<br />
олио за пържене;<br />
брашно за овалване;<br />
приготовление:Сваряваме обелените картофи и моркови в подсолена вода.<br />
Отцеждаме водата и с ръчна преса или вилица ги намачваме (не прецизно).<br />
Когато са поизстинали,така че на ме си изгорим ръцете добавяме допълнително сол,счукания пипер и наситнените лук и кервиз.Чукваме и яйцата.<br />
Омесваме картофената кайма и оставяме за двайсетина минути ароматите да се разгърнат.<br />
Оформяме крокетите ,потапяме в брашното и пържим в добре загрятата мазнина.<br />
Поднасяме със сос според желанието си :)<br />

Това е рецепта от тези,които са предпочитани от домакините,защото са бързи и даващи възможност да се представиш като добра кулинарка :)<br />
Вземаме малка тавичка(аз в случая тъй като приготвях за двама ползвах стъклена тавичка за терин)намазняваме леко дъното със зехтин.Подреждаме плочки сирене с дебелина 5-6 см.Поръсваме с млян ,черен пипер.Разпределяме ситно нарязаните лук и чушка отново подправяме с малко зехтин и печем за 15 мин. във фурна на 170С.Чукваме яйцата и отново пъхваме в печката за около 4-5 мин.<br />
